About The Position

At Schwab, you're empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us “challenge the status quo” and transform the finance industry together. The Participant Investor Concierge is part of the Branch organization and is tasked with driving engagement, nurturing relationships, and gaining long-term client loyalty from our Retirement Plan Services and Stock Plan Services participants. As a Financial Consultant for Participant Investor Concierge (PIC), you will be supporting Schwab's Financial Concierge program, delivering personalized professional financial advice and connecting clients with wellness solutions. You will play a critical role in helping our corporate clients support their employees to secure their financial future by answering their financial questions, connecting them with investment solutions, and directing them to the available resources. Financial Concierge serves as an important bridge from workplace investment needs, such as employer sponsored 401(k) plans, to retail investor solutions. You will be responsible for introducing more participants to retail, driving asset retention, and providing help to employees at all income levels. Your typical day would include fielding inbound calls and managing appointments from our Retirement Plan and Stock Plan participants, who are seeking assistance with financial needs and questions beyond the company sponsored account. You will be assisting with client on-boarding, account set-up, and the consolidation of outside accounts to Schwab Investor Services. You will utilize a consultative approach to identify customer needs, provide client focused solutions, and share best practices with your colleagues.
