About The Position

Advises the Digital Branch clients, by using the digital tools within the branch. Solve clients' questions/concerns and direct them to the best channel they have to achieve the solution. Provides an easy communication channel and interaction with clients Fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant experience with knowledge of sales strategies and financial products
• Experience and knowledge in banking, financial and credit services
• Excellent management of digital and technological media, applications and systems such as iOS and Android.
• High School diploma or equivalent
