About The Position

Stay Active, Have Fun, and Make a Difference! Are you a retired coach, teacher, or someone who simply loves working with kids? This is your chance to stay active, share your experience, and positively impact children in our community—all while having fun! We’re looking for caring, energetic part-time coaches to lead afterschool soccer classes for children ages 5–10. No need to worry if you haven’t played soccer—we provide the training and lesson plans. What matters most is your love for kids and desire to encourage teamwork, confidence, and growth through sports.

Requirements

• Retired coaches, teachers, youth leaders—or anyone who loves working with kids!
• Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic.
• Comfortable moving around and leading active play.
• Reliable transportation (some travel up to 25–30 minutes; mileage compensation included).

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, non-competitive soccer classes (ages 5–10).
• Use positive reinforcement to build kids’ confidence.
• Bring your own personality and experience to every session.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment.
