Our program is created under the guidance of childhood education specialists, professional soccer players and experienced and licensed soccer coaches. We constantly re-evaluate and update our curriculum to stay current with childhood education standards.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
Pass our Background Check
Valid Work Visa or Authorization to work in the US
Mon through Friday time slots 9am-12pm | 3-6:30pm AND Saturday mornings from 8:45am - 12:00pm

Coaching or childhood education experience preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct soccer sessions for children 18 months to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down
Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols
Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers
Safely manage a class of up to 12 children
Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters
