About The Position

Soccer Shots Chattanooga is looking for a passionate youth soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8. No soccer experience is required! As a Soccer Shots coach, you will be the face of our organization, running engaging intro-to-soccer sessions for children at schools, parks, and public spaces. You will lead fun, safe classes focused on motor skills and character development, while creating an awesome experience for each child.

Requirements

• Must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and background check
• Must have your own reliable car
• Commit to the entire season

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes)
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
• Arrive 15 - 25 minutes early to set up equipment
• Engage each child individually during class
• Manage equipment and class roster
• Attend team meetings and trainings
• Provide post-session feedback
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful
