Their mission is to inspire and educate the next generation of soccer players by creating fun and engaging environments that foster learning and growth. The company is seeking a passionate and energetic Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach with an Early Childhood Focus to join their East and North Broward team. This role primarily involves coaching soccer programs for children ages 2-8 in various childcare centers and community locations. The coach will lead fun, age-appropriate soccer activities that promote motor skills development, teamwork, and a love for the game. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young children and want to positively impact their development in an active and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Passion for working with children aged 2-8
• Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic coaching style
• Excellent communication skills to engage both children and parents
• Reliable transportation to travel between class locations in East and North Broward
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, and occasional weekends
• Willingness to undergo background checks and comply with safety regulations

Nice To Haves

• Background or experience in early childhood education, coaching, or childcare preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required (training may be provided)
