About the Program and Youth Care Worker Position: Join Cayuga Centers and be the difference in a youth's life! Cayuga Centers is looking for professional and responsible direct care team members for part-time positions in the Youth and Family Resource Center. This dynamic staff member will work in partnership with the team to provide care, support, and supervision to youth placed in the short-term program through mentorship, recreation activities, and skill development activities. How you get to use your skills as a Youth Care Worker… Support the daily schedules for the group of children and youth, including daily routines, academic study times, family time, and recreational activities Engage children and youth in planned activities to help them learn, grow, and achieve their goals Assist children and youth during difficult times and be a safe and supportive adult role model Provide and maintain supervision of youth at all times based on need Have fun while making a difference in the lives of children and youth in our community!
