Requirements

• Active Arizona CNA license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum one year of healthcare experience preferred (a caring heart is essential)
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and respectful care

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Assist hospice patients in inpatient and outpatient settings under the supervision of an RN or LPN
• Daily Living Assistance: Support personal care needs to promote comfort, safety, and cleanliness
• Emotional Support: Provide compassionate, respectful care to patients and their families
• Comfort-Focused Care: Help enhance quality of life during end-of-life care
• Professional Service: Respond to patient and family needs with empathy and professionalism
