About The Position

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Part-time Weekend Food Service Associate to work at Newport House, located at 6798 North 67th Plaza, Omaha, NE 68152. Newport House has 24 skilled nursing/rehabilitation and 72 long-term care suites. The schedule for this position is every Saturday and Sunday 11:00am to 7:30pm (including holidays). Minimum age of 18 years old is required to be considered for this role. This position will pay up to $18.31/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Requirements

• Previous food service experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Cash handling experience preferred for cafeteria duties

Responsibilities

• Assisting in patient tray line assembly
• Loading, operating, and cleaning the dishwasher
• Assisting in the service of meals to cafeteria patrons
• Operating the cash register
• Maintaining records, inventories, surveys, and other controls relevant to the cafeteria
