This position is crucial to maintaining smooth warehouse operations by ensuring that incoming and outgoing shipments are processed efficiently. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, hardworking individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can perform physically demanding tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding and sometimes fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in packing and loading boxes for shipment.
- Handle truck deliveries, including receiving, unloading, and verifying contents.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform general warehouse tasks such as sorting, labeling, and stocking items.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand truck) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support overall warehouse operations.
