About The Position

Big Bob’s Flooring Outlet is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Manager to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining organized inventory, preparing installer loads, and safely operating warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced flooring warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience strongly preferred (certification a plus)
• Experience using flooring cut machines is a plus, but training can be provided
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move, load, and organize flooring materials safely
• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and assist with cycle counts
• Prepare and load materials for daily installer jobs
• Assist with receiving and stocking incoming shipments
• Operate flooring cut machine (experience preferred but not required)
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Communicate material needs or discrepancies to management
