Part-Time Warehouse, Fulfillment & Inventory Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Warehouse, Fulfillment & Inventory Manager to join our McKinney, TX team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate order fulfillment, and proactive inventory management. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in making sure our customers receive the highest-quality experience with every Herbal Goodness order.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate a forklift or maneuver up to 50 lbs and operate in a physical warehouse environment.
- Technology awareness and Medium computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets, inventory systems).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Team-oriented with a positive, “get it done” attitude.

- Prior experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect deliveries, and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure packaging standards reflect Herbal Goodness’ premium brand quality.
- Coordinate package and LTL shipping schedules and work with carriers to resolve delivery issues.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels, identify low-stock items, and coordinate reorders with the operations team.
- Track lot numbers, expiration dates, and ensure proper rotation (FIFO).
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Assist in implementing and improving warehouse and fulfillment SOPs.
- Support reporting of inventory and fulfillment metrics to management.
