Position Objective: Provides the highest level of customer service to customers with a passion of enthusiasm, maintain a safe and organized area. This employee will maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the cooperative and a favorable image of the cooperative. Position Responsibilities: This position requires a Class B CDL, a clean driving record, along with a strong work ethic and passion for providing great customer service. Essential Functions: Maintain a positive attitude, pleasant, and service-oriented image when communicating with others. Handle transactions, voids, markdowns, gift certificates, and tax-exempt purchases. Stock and count merchandise as needed. Operate tow motor and/or electric pallet jack Load and unload products onto or from pallets, trays, racks, or shelves. Maintain safe and clean areas Daily deliveries to customers Safety while driving is the first priority Preventative maintenance and cleanliness of truck is critical Daily productivity of truck is the responsibility of driver Maintain a clean driving record Load customer vehicles Assist customers in the store Fill propane tanks Set up store displays Balance out drawer to daily tickets C reate a positive experience for the customer Other tasks as assigned Skills: Must have Class B CDL, excellent verbal and listening skills, problem solving skills, strong attention to detail skills, and strong ability to follow-up. Identify and read tickets and labels on products. This position requires physical demands, loading and unloading bagged products throughout the day. Job requires pushing, pulling, lifting, down-stacking, load sizes vary per delivery from 50 lbs to over 500 lbs . Centerra supports teammates that are curious, humble and committed.
