We understand that a 40-hour work week is not for everyone, which is why we offer part-time scheduling options. After completing a comprehensive 4-week training program, during which you will work a standard 40-hour week, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home on a schedule that allows you too! While this role is remote, you will still need to reside within 50 miles of our Phoenix Valley center.

  • Serve as a Customer Champion by providing exceptional service to customers calling in.
  • Act as a Technology Troubleshooter by assisting customers with cellular phone operations, billing inquiries, and general questions.
  • Maintain a highly organized and motivated work ethic throughout the shift.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience required; remote customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills including general typing, use of common software applications, and ability to navigate the internet.
  • Must have a distraction-free workplace and meet internet speed requirements.
  • Part-time scheduling options available.
