About The Position
The Veteran & Military Services Coordinator assists the College-wide Director of Veteran & Military Services in planning, organizing and implementing recruiting and retention activities and special projects to promote the Veteran & Military Services Department on the Columbus campus. Operates, advertises and coordinates the Columbus campus Veteran and Military Resource Center and sponsors events to increase military connected student enrollment, persistence and degree completion. The Coordinator is the primary contact for, and liaison with, outside organizations in the Columbus area, to include National Guard/Reserve Units, active duty units, Veterans Administration offices and other Veteran service organizations.
