Requirements

• At least 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state licensing, if applicable
• Valid Drivers License
• Valid CPR is preferred
• Computer skills a plus
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with report writing
• Monitoring and surveillance experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks

Nice To Haves

• Previous security experience is not required but is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Deter criminal activity and protect property.
• Enforce rules on a property.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position.
• Patrol areas and conduct security checks.
• Provide protection for equipment and workers in factories and offices.
• Check the credentials of vehicles and individuals entering and exiting the premises.
• Conduct foot or vehicle patrols as a Rover.
• Greet residents and guests at the Gatehouse, check identification, and control access.
• Acknowledge and greet guests at the Front Desk, monitor CCTV, and distribute packages.
