About The Position

We provide a comprehensive range of essential facility management services to over 1,000 clients across various sectors, inclusive of commercial and government buildings, residential communities, schools, industrial facilities, transportation hubs, and retail outlets throughout the East Coast and New England.

Requirements

• Valid Security Guard License, as dictated by state legislation.
• 8 hour + 16 hour certificates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols of the site interior and perimeter to identify potential security and safety risks or undesirable conditions.
• Evaluate situations and make logical decisions on how to proceed and direct work.
• Coordinate expedient responses to emergency conditions, including fires, safety hazards and threats to life and/or property in a calm, rational and persuasive manner.
• Handle undesired conduct, violations of building policy and civil laws as warranted for the security and safety of guests, employees, patrons and property.
• Monitor site for any unusual activity and report suspicious behavior via radio to the supervisor on duty.
• Maintain surveillance, including security camera footage, and report any suspicious persons and/or packages.
• Execute a number of comprehensive and integrated security measures and countermeasures.
• Adapt physically to the changing needs and priorities of the site.
