About The Position

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and consistent execution of store operations. You will efficiently process freight, replenishment, and omni channel operations. This includes receiving and processing product, unloading truck shipments, executing stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment, and replenishing the sales floor. Associates are also responsible for engaging customers, executing product protection standards, and participating in new hire training. All associates are expected to act with integrity, foster teamwork, exercise good judgment, demonstrate a customer service mindset, meet individual goals, follow company policies, maintain safety standards, and respond to direction from supervisors. Requirements

Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Must be 16 years of age or older
Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to perform the accountabilities listed in the “What You’ll Do” Section
Ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs
Ability to comply with dress code requirements
Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and basic computer operation
Ability to operate and communicate on multiple frequency devices, handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
Ability to maintain prompt and regular attendance and meet scheduling requirements as set by the company
Ability to withstand exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties, including without limitation, stockroom operations, truck unloading, etc.
Perform work in accordance with the Physical Requirements section
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two person lift
Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis
Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift
Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise
Ability to comply with health and safety standards

Participate in the training process for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership
