Requirements

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Must be insurable through company insurance.
Must pass background check and preemployment drug screen.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a commercial vehicle in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Plan and follow the most efficient routes for deliveries and pickups.
Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities, including hours of service, mileage, and expenses.
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues or defects to management.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring all required equipment is in good working order.
Communicate effectively with other team members, providing updates on delivery status and any issues encountered.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as safety and compliance guidelines.
