Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Direct Juvenile Support Worker at The Lewisville Juvenile Treatment Center (L.J.T.C) in Lewisville, Arkansas✨ The Lewisville Juvenile Treatment Center (L.J.T.C.), nestled in the serene setting of rural Lafayette County, is dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk young males. Requirements

Have an Arkansas license as a LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW, OR LMFT
Must have a Master’s Degree in a relevant field
Be at least 21 years of age
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License

Responsibilities

Provides individual, family, and group therapy while overseeing the completion of treatment for students under their care.

service planning
counseling
case management
record keeping
service coordination with the multi-disciplinary team
document and assess the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the treatment plan objectives and goals
provide crisis intervention, as necessary
monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans, and discharge summaries of all students within your care
