What This Position Is All About: We are looking for temporary associates to assist in our biannual inventory process. The inventory associate is responsible for assisting in the accurate pre-count and scan of all physical merchandise within the store. The dates for this temporary project are ASAP - April 29, 2026. The Temporary Associate will be focused on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting store operations. Team members in this role will assist customers on the sales floor, process transactions at the register, and help maintain an organized and welcoming shopping environment. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to provide product information, assisting with purchases, and ensuring a seamless checkout experience. Team members will also help with merchandise organization, support sales events, and uphold store policies, including loss prevention procedures. Additionally, they may assist with basic inventory tasks such as scanning merchandise and maintaining accurate stock levels. As The Temporary Associate, you will: Accurately count and separate merchandise. Communicate information in a clear and concise manner. Operate an inventory scanner to scan merchandise on the selling floor and in stockrooms. Respond promptly in routine situations and execute a clear plan of action to achieve a positive customer experience. Utilize inventory management systems effectively. Operate equipment such as radios, POS registers, ticket scanners, and sensor removers. Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Follow loss prevention control and compliance procedures. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience executing duties within a retail, customer service, warehouse, or sales environment
  • Proven time management skills and comfortable managing multiple projects with shifting priorities
  • Thorough knowledge of the fashion industry and a passion for sharing your expertise
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends and public holiday as necessary.
