Requirements

• Ability to provide high level of administrative support
• Experience in Recruitment / Resourcing in a fast-paced customer focused business
• Experience in delivering social media / strategic sourcing approaches
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package & programs - Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Experience in Project Coordination
• Prior Experience with MS Office Suite and Oracle (or other ATS)
• Strong attention to Detail
• Analytical with effective problem solving & decision making skills
• Professional, Positive & Displays Integrity: Communicates openly, transparently & confidently across a wide variety of internal & external audiences; verbally and in writing.
• Highly organized
• Strong prioritization skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to adapt to change quickly and with flexibility

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional candidate care while meeting key targets for screening, reference checks and scheduling interviews.
• Assist through effective and efficient administrative support for the location, acquisition, appointment, and onboarding of retail, corporate, and distribution center staff.
