Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly customer service while adhering to common courtesies.
• Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions according to policies and procedures.
• Support the sales process by identifying customer needs and promoting current offers.
• Refer customers to colleagues for additional financial solutions as needed.
• Demonstrate channel capabilities and benefits to customers when warranted.
• Perform customer banking transactions and resolve customer issues.
• Service vault, night drop, and ATM machines as assigned.
• Share product and service promotions with customers.
• Answer customer questions to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• Less than 2 years of demonstrated customer service skills.
• Computer experience.
