About The Position

Hello Credit Union is searching for a detail-oriented and customer service driven teller to join our team. This position will play a vital role in providing fast and friendly transactions to customers in person, via phone and through the mail. This position will also answer members’ questions regarding Credit Union services and actively cross-sell other products and services. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous cash handling experience required

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Processing monetary transactions, which involves logging checks and preparing transaction reports
• Counting and packaging currency
• Reconciling cash drawers
• Opening new accounts and helping with loan applications
• Promoting the credit union's products and services
• Keeping members’ personal information confidential
• Communicating effectively and professionally with other team members
