About The Position

MyUSA Credit Union is an over $350 million, member-owned financial institution with offices in Middletown (2), Trenton, Kettering (2), Moraine, Springfield and Vandalia. We are seeking interested candidates for a Part-Time Teller at our Vandalia branch. MyUSA Tellers provide extraordinary member service both in person and over the phone, following the standards as set forth by the Credit Union. Flexibility may be required on occasion to accommodate staffing needs at alternate branch locations.

Requirements

  • Effective communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong organizational skills to provide a high level of accuracy on all transactions
  • Strong computer skills and ability to operate standard office equipment as needed to perform the role such as computer, calculator, copier
  • Minimum High School Graduate

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales and cash handling experience preferred
  • Banking experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process member transactions
  • Successfully refer products and services to new and existing members through anticipating our members’ financial needs
