As a Teller, you will be responsible for the following: Providing a wide variety of TFCU Services to members Responsible for the promotion of credit union products and services to members by various delivery methods Providing guidance to new and existing members in regard to the various credit union services with an emphasis on all current promotions Serving as the face of the credit union, greeting members and offering assistance as a needed, while following all standard operating procedures Salary Range: This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate is $19.25/hour; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:45AM-3:15PM and every Saturday 8:45am-12:15pm Education/Experience: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent which is required and one-year applicable work experience in a related position is preferred. Financial institution experience preferred. Previous Bank Teller experience from a bank or credit union is preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority Complete regulations training TFCU University certification required and completed Keys to success: In order to be successful as a Teller you must possess these qualifications: A passion for assisting customers with integrity and working with cash An excellent communicator who likes working on a team as well as someone who has analytical and problem-solving skills Adaptability skills to tackle any challenge and the aptitude to take initiative Knowledge of policies and procedures as well as knowledge of TFCU products and services Organizational skills and attention to detail to work multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of federal and state regulations as well as knowledge of privacy procedures, confidentiality guidelines and cash handling standards Symitar navigation, NCR/Enterprise systems, Reg CC, Reg DD, Reg J, Deluxe, Home Branch Messaging, MoneyGram, InfoImage, Co-Op locator, Synergy, QuickAssist, and Reg E Monetary Instrument log Ability to use and maintain basic, fundamental office equipment Tinker Federal Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing an environment free of harassment and discrimination. Requirements

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent which is required
Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority
Complete regulations training
TFCU University certification required and completed

Nice To Haves

one-year applicable work experience in a related position is preferred. Financial institution experience preferred.
