Responsibilities

• Smile and greet clients!
• Maintain good client relations
• Refer clients for new services when appropriate
• Teller transactions
• Process checking/savings deposits and withdrawals
• Process bank checks
• Process loan payments
• Complete stop payments
• Complete change of address
• Cash bonds
• Assist clients with safety deposit boxes
• Process night deposits
• Answer phone using proper phone etiquette
