Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet members with a warm smile and friendly attitude as the face of the Credit Union.
• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance accurately and efficiently.
• Develop meaningful connections with members by actively listening and addressing their needs.
• Introduce members to financial services and products, guiding them in their financial journey.
• Participate in the Bilingual Pay Program if bilingual, receiving a pay premium after passing the language exam.
