Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for consumer and business clients.
• Assists clients with resolving product, service, or account issues.
• Opens or closes accounts and processes transactions.
• Logs requests and escalates complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Sells targeted products/services as part of client-initiated interactions.
• Maintains operational integrity and adheres to safe deposit box procedures.
• Educates and engages customers about their financial needs and bank products.
• Minimizes customer wait times and accurately processes transactions.
• Recognizes referral opportunities to enhance customer service.
