About The Position

As a Part-Time Teller at KeyBank, you will serve as a trusted advisor and problem solver for clients, providing exceptional service and assisting with account transactions. Your role will involve identifying client needs and transitioning them to bankers for deeper financial conversations, all while ensuring compliance and accuracy in teller functions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
• Experience in a client service role (required).
• Experience in cash handling (required).
• General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service by welcoming new and existing clients to the Bank.
• Assist clients with their account transactions and servicing needs.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition clients to a Banker.
• Assist clients in achieving their financial goals through financial wellness tools.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balancing cash drawer within guidelines.
• Review and maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
