About The Position
As a Store Associate at Michaels, you will deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping our store, and help them find what they're looking for. You will ensure that all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience while maintaining store recovery standards to uphold our Brand Promises. Your role will involve engaging customers about the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, as well as educating them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey. You will also assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
