In partnership with store leadership, work alongside store associates providing daily direction, communication and training to execute daily action plans in accordance with Vera Bradley’s objectives and standards. At Vera Bradley, our Team Leaders are also referred to as Key Holders as they are responsible for opening and closing the store in addition to leading the team to reach sales goals and provide an amazing shopping experience.
