About The Position

The Marketing Department in the Smeal College of Business is seeking to hire undergraduate teaching assistants for MKTG 495A Prime for spring 2026. Teaching assistants must have earned an “A” or "A-" in MKTG 301 and must have a GPA of at least 3.2. Successful candidates will be expected to attend class, mentor teams, serve as a liaison with company contacts, help update course materials and perform other administrative tasks related to the course. Academic integrity and the ability to maintain student confidentiality is required. In addition, candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, be reliable and organized, and have good time management skills. The position is for five hours per week on average and is a paid position.
