We need Part-time MSDE School Age Qualified Teachers and Assistant Teachers. Columbia Association’s School Age Services program operates before and after school care in 20 elementary schools in Howard County.

Requirements

• Must be MSDE School Age Qualified.
• Ability to work morning shifts (6:45am - 9:15 am) and/or afternoon shifts (3:00pm - 6:00 pm).

Responsibilities

• Assisting in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and weekly lesson plans meeting the emotional, physical, intellectual, and social needs of children.
• Assisting with cleaning and maintaining a healthy, safe environment.
• Promoting positive, open communication with families, children, and staff.
