Requirements

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings to ensure quality standards are met
• Train and support team members
• Step in to cover shifts when staffing is low
• Track labor hours and help stay on budget
• Order weekly supplies
• Communicate schedule or policy updates
• Work closely with the Area Manager
• Learn all positions so you can assist where needed
• Identify additional service opportunities (carpet cleaning, etc.)
