About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor at Aeropostale, you will support the management team in creating an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales goals. This role involves executing store operations, maintaining visual standards, and fostering a positive work environment for both customers and team members. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, modeling company values, and ensuring that store standards are consistently met.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager.
