We are currently seeking a Store Supervisor for our Levi's store at Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role is pivotal in supporting store management to achieve Levi's Store Iconic status. The ideal candidate will bring innovation, creativity, and a vibrant energy to our team, helping to drive success across a diverse range of responsibilities. The Store Supervisor will be responsible for Stylist duties and will assume responsibility for the store in the absence of a manager. This position requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment, ensuring operational excellence while maintaining the integrity of our brand. The Store Supervisor will contribute to the store's financial growth by driving sales, managing expenses, and implementing plans for increased profitability. They will be accountable for achieving operational standards and will assist in training and retaining a store staff that models LS&CO selling practices, delivers authentic customer service, and meets sales goals. Additionally, the supervisor will execute flawless store visual presentation by maintaining visual and store housekeeping standards, ensuring that the store remains a compelling destination for our customers.
