About The Position

As a Supervisor at Aeropostale, you will support the management team in creating an exceptional customer experience and achieving desired sales results. This role involves executing store operations, maintaining a visually appealing environment, and fostering a positive atmosphere for managers, associates, and customers. You will be a key player in driving business growth and ensuring that store standards are consistently met.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales.

• Support the management team to ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager.
