Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the TEAP Program, including staff development and substance abuse counseling of students, in accordance with Job Corps Federal Regulations and the Policy and Requirements Handbook (PRH). The Job Corps TEAP Program is coordinated by a licensed substance abuse professional who is responsible for the overall direction of the program and the quality of care. The program's general emphasis is on prevention, education, identification of substance abuse problems, relapse prevention, and helping students overcome barriers to employability.
