As a Part Time Stylist, you will drive revenue by providing clients with exceptional services through relationship building, sharing style and product information, and presenting a clean, safe, and well-maintained store environment. You will consistently achieve individual goals that support the store's overall objectives. Your role will involve embracing our values and setting an example through your behaviors, ensuring compliance with all ANN INC. practices and procedures, and taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager, Co-Manager, and Sales Leads. In terms of revenue generation, you will consistently meet or exceed divisional, store, and individual financial and credit goals while contributing to the store's overall goals. You will provide excellent client service by anticipating client needs, exceeding expectations, and adhering to ANN INC. service experience standards. Building relationships with clients, creating loyalty, and effectively addressing client concerns will be key aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to loss prevention practices. Your technical expertise will be demonstrated through your ability to navigate ANN INC.'s computer learning systems, perform register transactions efficiently, and understand the functions of various store equipment. You will articulate the company's brand positioning and participate in store meetings to enhance your product and styling knowledge. Overall, this position requires a commitment to client service, effective communication, and the ability to follow directions while maintaining a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
