About The Position
The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND. As a Part-Time Student Maintenance Engineering and Data Analytics for John Deere Waterloo Works located in Waterloo, IA, you will execute Maintenance Engineering Projects, gather, review, and analyze data to understand trends and determine priorities for project assignment and execution, and process Preventative Maintenance (PM) work orders. This includes organizing and filing PMs and work orders, ordering parts needed and kitting them, updating the weekly PM availability, and coordinating with production supervisors to plan time to complete PM. You will also be responsible for scheduling PMs for all shifts, including weekends.
