As a Part-time Student Industrial Engineering for JD Dubuque Works located in Dubuque, IA you will:
Requirements
- Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university
- Graduation date of May 2027 or later
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
- Available to work 16-20 hours during the academic year
- Available to work 30-40 hours during the summer semester
- Must be able to commute to the work location on a regular basis
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply

Responsibilities
- Identifies and implements cost reduction, quality, efficiency, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas of limited scope.
- Works with electronic tools to perform engineering functions.
- Provides support and basic trouble shooting for current operations.
- Develops plans of limited scope to support lean manufacturing.
- Assists in development of baseline data for new wage performance pay plans
- Provide day to day shop floor support for crawler assembly
