About The Position

As a Part Time Student HR Coordinator for John Deere Turf Care located in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina, you will: Support processes and procedures in the Human Resources areas Support internal training and development activities Support employee engagement activities Administrative ad hoc assignments

Requirements

Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university.
Graduation date of May 2027 or later.
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
Available to work 16-20 hours/weekly during the academic year.
Must be able to work on site during scheduled workdays. Remote project work opportunities may arise on a case-by-case basis.
Available to work up to 40 hours/weekly during the summer semester
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
Great communication and presentation skills
HR Administrative experience
Time management skills
Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
