  • Learn how to identify, analyze and apply information to support issue resolution.
  • Develop tools to aid in data analysis and collection.
  • Participate in developmental assignments to gain experience.
  • Perform activities according to project plans and schedule.
  • Must be registered as a full-time student at an accredited college/university.
  • Graduation date of May 2026 or later.
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
  • Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly.
  • Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours/weekly.
  • If local, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, Business Analytics or Actuary/Statistics; others may apply.
  • Understanding of various functions within a cast iron foundry.
  • Background in quality and process controls.
  • Familiar with PowerBi and data analysis software.
  • Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
