The position involves mentoring responsibilities that vary depending on the class section. The mentor will serve as a resource to students in their section of First Year Seminar (FYS), sharing experiences and participating in CNED 200 for credit. Responsibilities include working with the section instructor to create lessons and assignments, providing feedback, leading activities, and meeting with students one-on-one. Paid training will occur in late spring and before the fall semester begins.
