About The Position

Chicago Baking Company is looking for part-time merchandisers in the Valparaiso/Chesterton/Porter County area. As a merchandiser your primary job responsibility is to: - Ensure shelves are fully stocked by working product from back room to shelf. - Rotate product based on sell-by dates - Work multiple accounts on a workday typically averaging around 8 account visits per day. This number varies by territory. - Work cleanly so as not to disrupt customer traffic. - Communicate with management on shelf and stock conditions. #lbsales

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation to travel from account to account.
• Must be able to push stacks of bread products from back room to the sales floor
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Weekly hours range based on territory from 18-27 hours per week.
• Work hours are typically start around 1pm and end around 7pm daily however days may vary in hours.
