About The Position

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by creating structure and flow in a retail environment. You take pride in ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes and on the sales floor. While you are comfortable engaging with customers and stepping in when needed, you are most fulfilled by operational excellence, problem-solving, and supporting team success. The Stock Ops Associate partners closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store operates with precision, ease, and consistency across both front- and back-of-house functions. Through strong operational ownership and a visible presence on the floor, this role helps maintain an organized, welcoming environment where the team is supported, and clients feel seamlessly cared for. Balancing behind-the-scenes excellence with thoughtful in-store engagement, you play a key role in delivering a refined, high-touch retail experience.

Requirements

  • 1 – 3+ years of experience in retail operations, stock, or store support roles
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Thoughtful, solution-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Comfortable engaging with clients and supporting in-store experiences as needed
  • Clear, professional communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 40 lbs, including fixtures and product
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak business periods

  • Experience in luxury, specialty, or premium retail environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day store operations, including receiving, inventory flow, stockroom organization, and supply management.
  • Maintain exceptional back-of-house standards to support efficiency and visual excellence.
  • Ensure accurate processing of shipments, transfers, returns, and damages.
  • Support inventory integrity through regular counts and documentation.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to uphold operational compliance and best practices.
  • Ensure POS accuracy through proper tagging, scanning, and system processes.
  • Support floor flow and store readiness through timely replenishment and organization.
  • Assist with transactions and customer needs during peak periods.
  • Maintain cash wrap, opening/closing, and operational procedures.
  • Serve as a key operational resource for the team, supporting training and onboarding.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and store performance.
  • Support company initiatives, special projects, and store-wide programs.
