About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Stock & Capacity Management Associate to support both stock operations and client flow management at our Woodbury Common Premium Outlets location. Due to the high traffic nature of the outlet environment especially during weekends, holidays, and peak tourist seasons this role plays a critical part in maintaining store organization, operational efficiency, and a seamless client experience. This position will flex between back-of-house stock responsibilities and front-of-store capacity management, ensuring that the store operates efficiently during high-volume shopping periods. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with high customer traffic.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments and ensure all merchandise is accurately scanned and processed
  • Report inventory discrepancies to management
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom
  • Assist sales associates in retrieving merchandise quickly to support the sales floor
  • Support unit transfers between stores and warehouse
  • Conduct stock checks and inventory organization
  • Help ensure product replenishment is timely to maximize selling opportunities
  • Manage store capacity during high traffic periods
  • Coordinate and maintain an organized line outside the store
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients entering the boutique
  • Communicate wait times and entry process clearly and professionally
  • Assist customers with QR code sign-ups for store entry or waitlist systems
  • Monitor client flow in partnership with store leadership and security
  • Support crowd control using stanchions and line organization
  • Ensure the entry experience remains welcoming, organized, and aligned with the LoveShackFancy brand
