About The Position

Fabletics is currently looking for a driven Part-Time Stock Associate for our Fabletics location at Christiana Mall in Newark, DE! What Makes This Job FAB? As a Part- Time Stock Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping our Fabletics store running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll ensure our products are perfectly organized, our back-of-house is efficient and safe, and our customers always see our best on the sales floor. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being part of a team that’s all about performance, positivity, and style. This position will report to the Store Manager.

Requirements

At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store environment.
Ability to work with large teams.
Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
Self-motivated, good communicator.
The ability to multi-task, set priorities and work well under pressure.
Flexibility in work hours, open to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
Follow OSHA protocols
This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Willing to work onsite and flexible schedule including evening, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom that aligns with Fabletics visual standards.
Receive and process shipments quickly and accurately — ensuring the right product hits the floor at the right time.
Support the sales team by replenishing inventory and helping with product pulls and transfers.
Partner with Store Leaders to execute visual merchandising updates and product placement.
Uphold operational standards — safety, cleanliness, and compliance are always top of mind.
Assist in inventory counts, markdowns, and back-of-house organization.
Provide occasional customer support on the sales floor as needed — because we’re all one team.
Unpack boxes for inventory as required.
