About The Position
The Department of Mechanical Engineering is seeking a part time staff scientist under the supervision of Dr. Adri van Duin. Job Duties: Perform Density Functional Theory calculations on mixed metal clusters and their interactions with Nitrogen/Sulfur/Oxygen (N/S/O) Convert these data into ReaxFF training sets and assist in the training process
Requirements
- PhD in Materials Science or Chemisty
- Good understanding of computational chemical methods
- Good oral and written communication skills
